Competition rules:
Event Centre: Karepa Youth Camp
Event map: Scale 1 : 30000, h = 5 m, an orienteering map with simplified symbols.
Mapping: 2011, team work of TA OK, drawing by Lauri Leppik.
Course: There are 40 checkpoints, maximum 140 points from visiting them all.
Participants: 2…5-member teams.
Age limit: All competitors must be at least 15 years of age (except in family class).

Teams are deemed to compete in every class for which they are eligible.
Entry fees: Entry fee for a team is the sum of entry fees for individual team members.

Catering in the event centre is included in the entry fee. No parking fee shall be charged.
Teams may either use their own SI-card or rent one from the organiser. The wish to rent a SI-card must be mentioned in the registration and the rental of 2 € must be paid with the entry fee. In the event the rented SI-card is lost or broken, a compensation of 50 € shall be charged.
The entry fee shall be paid by bank transfer using the following credentials: TA Orienteerumisklubi, IBAN: EE57 2200 0011 2006 6509 in Swedbank (Tallinn, Estonia), SWIFT/BIC: HABAEE2X. (Please bring the receipt with you. Note: All transaction costs shall be paid by the remitter!) Please include the keyword ROGAIN, the registration ID of the team and the competitors' names in the details of your payment.
Prizes: Three best teams in every class shall be awarded a prize. In case four or less teams have registered in a competition category only the best team will be awarded a prize.
Breach of rules:
Protests: Protests against a breach of rules and explanations about actions on the course can be submitted to the organiser until 6 p.m.

The entry limit is 900 competitors.
Changes:
Changes by e-mail to rogain(at)reg.ee
It is not permitted to add new teams after 25 September.
It is allowed to change the class, number and names of team members until 5 p.m. on 29 September.
The number of team members cannot be increased after 5 p.m. on 29 September.
After 29 September, you can, by way of exception, make changes on the morning of the competition, during the materials delivery, as follows:
a) change the name of a team member — 1 €;
b) reduce the number of team members — 2 €.
